BBG was retained to study the Felters Complex that occupies a superblock in Johnson City, NY. Originally a felt manufacturing complex with historic buildings constructed in 1891 through the first half of the 20th century, the property is currently underused. BBG developed alternative development schemes for medical offices and hospital administrative space. The largest plan included 200,000 square feet of office space plus below ground parking.
